Access from any Web Device
Webfuser uses standard web techniques so that you can access your applications from almost all web devices. This means that you can actually make changes to your site using your mobile phone. We're not suggesting that this would be your 'normal' method of developing your site but you never know when it comes in handy.
Built-in database design tools
We've simplified the process of defining, populating and accessing your data. Create data lists for a specific site or all your sites in minutes. The main design toolbar now contains a drop-down panel for your data lists so that they are always accessable when you are developing your application.
Flexible design and layout
Webfuser Live has built-in templates to help you organize your application but we know from experience that most users want to have control over the layout of their application.
With Webfuser Live you can change your pages or site template however you like. If you don't want a menu ... delete it. If you want a completely different header at the top of your application ... create it.
Use the drag and drop, cut and paste and undo/redo features to quickly make changes all from within your browser.
Workflow
We believe that you shouldn't have to be a programmer to create a web application. For this reason there is no 'programming' or 'code' needed when developing your sites.
It is however important that you are able do things with Webfuser Live that we haven't dreamed of so we've included two simple mechanisms for you to customize the logic of your applications. You can change the actions that occur from user events (such as a user clicking on something) using the built-in workflow designer.
Normally you will create actions like 'Goto Page' or 'Display Message' however there is a rich set of actions available to you when you get more creative.
Security
Not all users are created equal ...
Everything created in Webfuser Live can have customized security. You can hide pages, lists or even an individual button from certain users. You can make whole forms or individual fields enabled or disabled based on the roles of the user.
You can even specify which parts of the application can be modified by other users. Allow your sales team to change their 'Sales' pages ... empower your organization.
